We stayed 3 nights at Silk Sense Hoi An from Feb 19-21 @Room#624. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the facilities such as free shuttle to the old town; free use of bikes; free shuttle to our next destination on the day we checked out on Feb 22 etc.We would like to praise your assistant chief security, Mr Vong who got us a couple bicycles from guests who were hoarding bikes. Also praise your Ms Chau who welcomed us at check in and saw us off on the day we checked out. She made us felt very welcomed.One improvement we would like the hotel to consider is to implement rules that all free bikes must be returned to the hotel front at the bike shed. They are not to be taken inside the hotel property and left outside the guest rooms. This is to prevent inconsiderate guests from hoarding the bikes depriving other guests from using them. There were a total of 9 bikes @10:50am on Feb 21 left inside the hotel property that other guests can not check out to ride. Not good. We had discussed this idea with Ms Chau on the day we checked out. Thanks for your consideration.

Our stay at Silk Sense Hoi An was truly unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and welcoming.The workshops were a highlight of our experience; inspiring, beautifully arranged, and something really special. The hostesses were incredibly sweet and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable and appreciated.Everything was simply flawless. We are so grateful for this experience and hope to return again someday.

We had the most amazing stay at Silk Sense Hoi An. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The workshops were such a beautiful and unique experience, so well organized and truly enjoyable.The hostesses were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. Exceptional river resort near the beach We absolutely loved our stay at Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort. We stayed for 11 nights and it was the perfect place to be during the busy Tet holiday. The staff here are absolutely amazing. The service is exceptional and we were always warmly greeted whenever we interacted with them. They helped us out so much and we appreciated them a lot! The facilities and activities were why we chose this resort. The pickleball courts were fantastic and we enjoyed our many bike rides along the rice fields, the spa and the beautiful pool. Many restaurant options and the beach are also very close by. We used the shuttle to Hoi An downtown quite a few times too. This resort provides a lot of value. The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam and offered specialty coffees and so many different food options. We certainly never got bored of it. Overall we would recommend this resort without hesitation.

Amazing experience We trully enjoyed our stay here. It was soo relaxing and serene. Greenery and colourful flowers everywhere with pool and river view. Beach was also closeby which is walking distance. Plenty of daily actives carefully picked by hotel that your kids wont get bored. Staffs were truly amazing from the receptionist, restaurant and security. Our special thanks to Hung. He stand put more to us for his willingness to help and give recommendations on things to do. He did everything with sincerity and hospitality. Breakfast buffet was with full variety. We are vegetarian and they made us special noodle soup which was an extra mile since there were already plenty of other options in buffet. Room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Kids enjoyed as well with the kids play area and kids pool. Overall we had an amazing time and have been recommending to all our friends to stay. Thanks silk sense

또 갈거예요 시내쪽도 있어봤는데 한적한 곳에 있는게 더 좋았어요. 정원관리하시는분까지 모두들 정말 친절하시고 조경도 기대보다 더 멋졌어요. 조식의 망고, 식당에서 먹었던 망고쥬스도최고였어요.

1주년 기념으로 베트남 여행 왔는데 이벤트도 해주시고 너무 만족스럽습니다~ 숙소도 깔끔하고 조용하고 직원분들도 모두 친절합니다!

올드타운에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 평화롭고 조용한 리조트에요! 깔끔하고 관리가 잘되어 있어서 무척 쾌적 합니다. 규모는 아담하지만 더 정이가는 아기자기하고 이쁜 리조트에요. 다음에 호이안 온다면 꼭 여기로 다시 오고싶어요! 올드타운과 비치 셔틀도 잘 이용했어요 실크센스 덕분에 호이안에서 잘쉬었다가 가요!

Truly beautiful resort hotel. All facilities were excellent and service second to none.Great to have bus transfer into Hoi An centre which is a special place especially in evening. Only down side was no bath for my wife.Fantastic breakfast. Across road from lovely beach area.Will come back!

직원들이 친절하고 객실이랑 수영장 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 올드타운까지 셔틀도 잘 되어 있어 오고 가는데에도 어려움이 없었습니다.

또 가고싶은 리조트 남자아이둘과 여행하는게 쉽지않았는데 silk sense에서의 경험은 너무 특별했어요. 우선 룸도 깨끗하고 리조트 어딜가도 잘 가꿔진 식물들 보는것도 재미였고, 아이들과 같이 할 수 있는 activity들이 (4박 호이안 시티에서 이미 지냈지만) 4박을 지내는동안 지루할 틈이 없었어요. 자전거 타고 주변을 돌아보고 피클볼은 아이들이 제일 좋아했던 활동이기도 했습니다 🙂 모든 직원들이 다 친절했지만 특별히 베트남어를 가르쳐준 Nga와 farm tour를 같이해줬던 이름은 생각안나지만 아들이 둘이었고 안경을 썼던 분에게도 감사인사를 하고싶습니다. 그 외에도 레스토랑에서 항상 친절하게 대해줬던 분들께도 감사드려요! 아이들이 파스타를 좋아해서 여러번 먹었네요 🙂 마지막날 공항에 갈때는 편한차로 갈수있어서 더더욱 기억에 남는것같습니다. 다음에 부모님과도 꼭 같이와서 휴양하고싶은곳이에요~
