We had a fabulous time in Vietnam but Hoi An was definitely the highlight. We were concerned that we should have stayed in town but with Grab taxis costing 5 GBP we realised we made an excellent choice. Lounged by the pool, visited their beach resort, had great breakfasts and used the free shuttle to the fullest extent. After 4 days we said a tearful goodbye to the wonderful receptionist/staff member, Ly who has one of the loveliest smiles! Thoroughly recommend the Silk Sense for all of the above reasons. | Liked: cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, eco-friendliness, room comfort

4 nights at Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort - 5 Oct My family spent 4 nights in silk sense and we had the most fantastic and memorable holiday. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel provides Kangen water and it saved us the trouble of getting drinking water from nearby stores. Reception - the staff can converse English well and were very helpful. Ly was attentive and helpful. The concierge, Dat is always cheerful. Buffet breakfast - there were plenty of food available every morning. Delicious and clean. Special thanks to Thuy, Nga and Hieu. Their smiles and commitment to provide the guests with the best hospitality are noteworthy. The salted iced Vietnamese coffee is the best so far. The valuable hospitality provided by silk sense has prompted me to write this review and I will definitely stay in the hotel whenever I go to Da Nang.

평온과 풍요 그리고 휴식 안녕하세요? 도깨비카페 통해서 처음 가는 베트남 여행 정보를 잘 얻었습니다. 감사합니다. 실크 센스 호이안 리버 리조트 2박 후기입니다. 누군가에게 도움이 되었으면 합니다. 1. 가족 7명이 사용해야 해서 풀빌라를 얻었습니다. 킹사이즈1개, 싱글 2개, 엑스트라 베드 1개를 얻었습니다. 두 개 호실인것 처럼 방구조는 데칼코마니 같았습니다. 1층에 욕조, 화장실, 샤워부스가 있는 샤워실 및 화장실이 2개. 계단을 올라가면 침실과 화장실이 있습니다. 1층에 프라이빗풀이 있어서 아이들이 정말 기뻐했습니다. TV는 1층, 2층 침실에 각 1개씩 총 3대가 있고 한국어로 UI가 되어 있습니다. 2. 공용수영장도 아이들과 놀기에 좋았습니다. 어린이 풀이 있고 워터마사지 풀이 있습니다. 수심은 0.9미터 부터 시작하고 끝으로 가면 더 깊어져서 어른들도 수영하고 노는데 좋았습니다. 온 가족이 저녁에 나가서 물에 들어갔는데 수온이 생각보다 따듯해서 참 좋은 추억을 가져가게 되었습니다. 3. 조식도 맛있습니다. 비프 쌀국수와 중부식 자작한 쌀국수, 반미, 제철과일, 여러 종류의 커피 등 좋았습니다. 오전 6시30분 부터 10시까지 이용가능합니다. 여러 날 묵는 투숙객에게 베트남현지인 식사를 서비스로 제공합니다. 숙소로 가져다 줍니다. 저희는 식구가 많아서 식당 가서 먹었는데 너무 맛있었습니다. 4. 주변은 정말 조용합니다. 꾸어 타이 해변이 걸을만한 거리에 있지만 한적하고 좋았습니다. 리조트 바로 앞에 강이 있는 것도 좋았습니다. 새벽에 러닝하러 갔을 때 주민들이 인근에 살지만 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다. 중부지역 주민들의 삶의 일면을 볼 수 있는 것도 개인적으로 유익했습니다. 웰컴 메시지에 나와있는것 처럼 하우스 개코 도마뱀을 리조트 근처에서 볼 수 있습니다. 물론 호이안 올드 타운에서도 자주 목격할 수 있는데, 아이들은 그것도 정말 좋아합니다. 5. 호이안 올드타운까지 가는 것은 리조트 셔틀을 예약하고 갈 수 있습니다. 셔틀로 15분 정도? 소요되었던 것 같습니다. 올 때는 갔던 셔틀을 타고 오게 되어 있습니다. 그래서 만약 예약자가 없다면 셔틀이 운행이 안되는 것 같습니다. 돌아오는 편도 셔틀을 탑승하고자 하시면 예약을 미리 하실것을 추천합니다. 조용히 가족들과 쉴 곳을 찾는 분들에게 강력하게 추천드립니다. 6. 무엇보다 추천하는 이유는 직원분들이 정말 친절합니다. 한국어를 하는 직원을 배치해서 불편함이 없고요. 세심하게 신경쓴다는 생각이 듭니다. 이렇게 글을 쓰는 동기 중에 큰 이유는 직원들의 친절함 때문입니다. 잠시 업무를 보려고 노트북을 들고 체크인센터에 갔더니 눈치 채고 직원분이 2층을 안내해 주고, 설명을 잘 해주네요. 풍광 좋고, 조용히 쉬고 싶고, 가족들과 함께 맛있게 먹고 쉬고 싶은 곳을 찾으시는 분들에게 실크 센스 호이안 리조트도 알아보시라고 추천드립니다. 특별히 스태프 중에 LY에게 감사드립니다.

Exceptional We loved the way silk sense has adapted sustainability. Trung the Pool Manager was wonderful - always ready with a huge grin to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Pickleball was great fun 👍

Wonderful Resort, Excellent Service! We stayed in Vietnam for two weeks, and out of all of the hotels we stayed in Silk Sense Resort was one of our favourites. The people were amazing. The food was great. Spa was amazing... best massage so far in Vietnam. It's a quaint small resort with a lovely pool and so close to the old town Hoi An. All of the staff were excellent, but there was one woman who made our stay extra special... Thuy was SO amazing (F&B Manager)!! Her service and care and willingness to support all of our special dietary needs was incredible. she was so helpful with my coeliac and gluten-free requirements. She was always the first person we saw each morning at breakfast and greeted us with the warmest smile and welcome arms. We had many conversations with her about culture, life what to see and do and we were very sad to have to say goodbye to her. 🙏🏻🪷🩷 We will definitely be back to silk sense resort, thank you for a wonderful stay, and keep up the great work!

다낭여행 최고의 선택 2박3일 정말 잘 보내고 갑니다 자연친화적 컨셉이라 여유로운 분위기가 너무 좋아요 직원분들 정말 친절하고 아침조식도 맛있고 특히 수영장은 애들이 엄청 맘에 들어하네요 호이안에 온다면 또 묵고 싶습니다 실크센스 최고!

또 가고 싶어요 가족들 이름을 하나하나 기억해주려고 노력하는 홍. 친철한 홍이 찍어준 가족사진이 유일한 우리의 가족사진이라 더 감사하다♡ 숙소는 에어컨이 계속 틀어져 있었는지 체크인 하자마자 시원해서 아주 기분이 좋았다. 그리고 로투스 스파 완전 추천한다!!! 적당한 온도와 조도, 향, 음악. 온몸을 아주 정성스레 부드럽지만 시원하게 마사지 해준다. 정말 안거치는곳이 없이 시원하게 풀어주신다. 진짜 👍

조용하고 아늑한 곳입니다. 번잡한 리조트보다 저는 이곳이 더좋네요. 직원들도 친절합니다. 특히 Trung, Ly, Hong 직원분들이 대응이 좋으세요.

This resort is a perfect place to recharge after the hustle and bustle of the old town. We were very fortunate and received an upgrade upon checkin and the suite was perfect, overlooking the river. The staff here are amazing. A big thankyou to all especially Thuy who made us feel so welcome and cared for. We would come back for the service alone. It is the little things at this resort that make it stand out for us. From the hand written welcome and farewell messages, the care about our safety during Bualoi and just the level of friendliness by all. We already miss this place and will be back. Càm ơn.

조용하게 쉬기에 좋습니다.외향인들에게 알맞는 친절함이 있습니다.수영장에서 세큐리티분이 제가 핸드폰하니 제 아이들 자기가 눈으로 잘 봐주겠다고ㅎㅎ리조트앞에 세탁서비스 해주는 슈퍼있어요. 1키로에 3만동입니다.휴양, 수영을 목적으로 하신다면 조용한 이곳이, 액티브하신분이라면 올드타운쪽이 맞을듯 합니다.
