모든 순간마다 친절했던 직원들 가족여행으로 선택한 숙소였어요! 리조트 내에 모든 직원들이 친절했지만 특히나 Hung, Nhung,Ly 이 직원들이 한국말도 조금 할수있고, 항상 미소있는 얼굴로 응대를해주어서 매일매일 기분좋은 하루였어요!

룸 클리닝 서비스와 직원 배려 다낭여행이 처음인데 호이안에서 특히나 실크센스호이안 리조트로 인해 이번 여행이 성공적이었어요! 특히나 친절한 직원분들과 세심한 배려가 있어 더더욱 뜻깊고 즐거웠던 여행이었습니다 다음에 또 호이안에 온다면 실크센스 리조트에 방문할거같아요. 스텝중에 HUNG 와 LY그리고 NHUNG 이 세 친구가 이번 저희 가족 여행에 친절한 서비스와 따뜻한 배려로 너무나 즐겁게 여행할 수 있도록 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 행복한 여행이 되도록 배려해주셔서 감사합니다..-

We loved staying in the resort for 5 days. Especially the kindness of the people is needed to point out. We enjoyed each day the SPA. Great team, excellent treatments. We can recommend to all who would like to spend some relaxing time. Within 15 min you are in the old city and in less than 45 min in Da Nang.

We had a wonderful stay at the Silk Sense Resort in Hoi An! The property itself is beautiful with peaceful gardens, a lovely pool area and comfortable, well-kept rooms. The breakfast was great, offering a delicious and varied selection that helped us start each day perfectly.But what really made our experience special was the outstanding service from the staff. A huge thank you to Ly and Hong, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were always friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to small thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable.We highly recommend the Silk Sense Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An. The combination of a relaxing atmosphere, excellent breakfast and exceptional hospitality truly sets it apart.

수영장과 맛사지샵이 딸린 호텔 한국인들이 많았다 아침조식이 먹을 만 했고 남자들 수영장에서 애들 노는 동안 호텔내에 맛사지 샵에서 여자들은 맛사지 받아서 좋았다 LY 분이 친철했다

Great hotel! Would recommend The facility of the hotel and was perfect and I liked how the hotel was located in a quiet part of Hoi an but it was not too far from the central parts Also Ly was very attentive and checked with us constantly about our experience in the hotel 😊 Thank you very much

Best resort for family with young kids The resort is very nice and staffs are so friendly, especially Ly. She looks after our stay very well to ensure everything goes smoothly. My daughter loves the pool so much. Highly recommend for family with young kids.

수영장이 너무 마음에 들어요 메인풀 깊이도 다 달라서 아이들과 놀기 너무 적합했어요 다만 조식이 조금 부족한 느낌은 있었어요 샤워기필터 필수이구요, 차량도 가능해서 올드타운 다니기도 편했어요 한국어 가능한 직원분도 있어서 소통도 편했습니다 Ly 직원분 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다

실크센스 호텔 너무 좋아요! 호텔 너무 좋았어요, 시설도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 다들 친절하게 인사도해주시고 물어보는것마다 잘 알려주시구요 특히, Hong 직원분이 특히 잘 챙겨주셔서 기억에 오래 남을것같습니다. 또 방문 할것같아요!
