전체적으로 너무 친절하고 말끔함. 관리가 너무 잘 돼 있음 가족여행 하기 좋고 여기에서만 머물어도 좋은 리조트 입니다. 다음 베트남 여행은 여기에서만 머물 예정입니다.

리조트가 자연친화적이라 너무 이뻐요직원분들도 친절하고객실이 깨끗합니다조식이 다양하고 맛있어요추천합니다 ^^

😀 - Wonderful hotel. We loved our stay so much. Services and staff are amazing

We did not want to leave 😀 - Where to begin! We loved our stay here immensely and were sad to leave. We would not have picked the hotel initially but followed the reviews and were not disappointed. The service is excellent but does not feel forced or faked, the staff is super nice and helpful and thinks of all the little things. Also it feels like a little village and somehow never overcrowded. The breakfast was great even for a vegetarian and also lunch and dinner was always possible to arrange vegetarian versions of meals if not choosing the provided veg options. The pool was amazing, very spacious and always room on the chairs. We were worried from the photos if the street passing the pool would be too open to outsiders but we did not really notice when relaxing at the pool as the street is very calm and anyways mostly hidden. The activities were also fun, the shuttle bus was great to arrange with and have free range of movement. Also surprising for us was the hotel owned beach club with a pool and bar that you can visit. We also used the spa and had the best experience compared to others we had spas we used during our travel. All in all, we loved the complete approach of zero waste and sustainable housing as well as being able to arrange any activities upfront and being able to just relax and be sure to have your place secured for anything exciting.

Very green and quiet hotel with some incredible staff! They offer some interesting activities and the breakfast is very tasty. The pool is very well maintained. You also have the possibility to go to Hoi An and back via free shuttle every hour.

재방문입니다!객실서비스 너무 좋구, 수영장 물도 미온수라서 좋아요.체크인할때, 객실에 고장난 사항이 있어서 변경을 했는데, 변경과정에서 대기가 오래 걸려서 컴플레인을 한 일이 있었지만, 이후 대처는 훌륭했습니다.This is my second time for visiting here. It was really pleased to stay at here.

Upåklageligt 😀 - Fantastisk service, dejlig pool, lækker morgenmad - intet at beklage sig over. Stedet er tilstrækkeligt stort som råder over diverse underholdningsaktiviteter. Vil komme der igen any time.

2일 숙박했어요 가격대비 모든시설이 최곱니다 침구류도 최상이구요 조식도 훌륭합니다

Wir waren hier für 6 Nächte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt super. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam und wir wurden sehr persönlich betreut. Das war definitiv schöner als in vielen anderen Hotels. Da es etwas außerhalb der Altstadt liegt, ist der Shuttlebus sehr hilfreich. Der ist absolut pünktlich und es klappt super. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich, aber ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung wäre gut.Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, auch für in unserem Fall für 3 Personen mit einem Zustellbett.Der Garten ist super, auch sehr gepflegt.An einigen Stellen ist jedoch sanierungsbedarf, beispielsweise die Liegen am Pool oder auch der Pool selbst. Unseren sehr guten Gesamteindruck hat es aber nicht gestört.Die Preise innerhalb des Resorts empfanden wir ein wenig zu hoch, insbesondere zu den Preisen in der Umgebung.Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

가족4인이 방문했습니다 아기를 동반하여 커넥팅룸을 예약했습니다 방컨디션이 너무 좋았고, 시설이 너무 깨끗하며 직원들도 너무 친절하셔서 머물다 가기 좋았습니다.그리고 3박 예약하였으나 1박 보내고, 매니저분이 청소중 룸컨디션이 안좋게 판단된다고 최상급 방으로 업그레이드 시켜주셨습니다.. 너무 감사히 잘 머물다 갑니다. 호이안 가족 여행 가시는 분들께 이숙소 매우 추천합니다. 아 조식도 훌륭합니다

Einfach unglaublich Das Hotel hat unsere schon hohen Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist optimal, am Fluss gelegen und sehr ruhig, eine Wohltat nach der trubeligen Altstadt von Hoi An. Pool sehr schön ,auch mit Whirlpool. Der Beach ist fußläufig erreichbar, aber es gibt auch einen stündlich Shuttle an den Strand bzw. in den Stadtkern. Das Hotel bietet auch viele Aktionen an, das Gym ist sehr groß und es stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Zimmer sehr schön mit großem Bad und verschiedenen Annehmlichkeiten. Aber das absolute Highlight sind die engagierten, freundlichen und herzlichen Mitarbeiter. So fürsorglich, insbesondere wie mein Mann ein gesundheitliches Problem hatte, die Damen waren wie engste Familienmitglieder, danke, danke. 3 Wochen waren wir dort , unsere Ausflüge waren super organisiert und trotz des Neujahrfestes ein weiteres Highlight . Wir sagen danke, danke,danke.

The best hotel in Hoi An Definitely I can suggest this hotel. Service is more than exceptional. Beautiful large swimming pool. Super spa with good prices. And all extra service like transport to the old town, to the airport (limousine for free). Breakfast just amazing with choices starting with coffee, cheese, rice, noodles, eggs. You must chose this hotel.
