Our stay at Silk Sense Hoi An was truly exceptional, but what makes this hotel special isn't just the beautiful property—it's the people.Every single member of the staff we met was genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming. Not in the polished, scripted way you sometimes experience at luxury hotels, but with sincere smiles and a natural desire to make every guest feel at home. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.It's rare to find a place where every interaction leaves you smiling, but that's exactly what happened here. Being their guest was a genuine pleasure.The hotel itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms and a lovely pool, but the incredible team is what sets Silk Sense apart. They turned a great hotel stay into a memorable experience.Thank you to everyone at Silk Sense for your outstanding hospitality. We hope to return someday.

Superior service 😀 - Hospitality and service level is out of this world. 😞 - Swimming Pool needs a bit of renovation, but that's really minor compared to all positives.

Silk sense Hoi an is a beautiful hotel property it is quiet and a short distance from the beaches which is what we want 😀 - The property itself is quaint and lovely but must mention the staff.,They are always smiling and helpful and that felt great whilst travelling with Children . The beds are super comfortable and breakfast spread is great . I would definitely go back and stay in silk sense 😞 - Nothing. Everything was good .

😀 - Super Frühstück. Top Service. Auch die Goodies perfekt (1 x essen for free und 2 x Fussmassage for free uvm.) Pool war super und keine Badetuchreservierungen. Badetuch war for free und konnte man auch mit zum Strand nehmen Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt (ist auch nicht notwendig, da fussgängig viele Restaurants sind Den Shuttle Service nach Hoi An oder an den Strand haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir einen Roller gemietet hatten

Exceptional hospitality and beautiful resort Writing We had a wonderful stay at Silk Sense Hoi An. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. The beautiful tropical gardens, relaxing pool, and spa create a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast is outstanding, with a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, and there are plenty of activities for both fun and relaxation. The greatest asset of this hotel is its exceptional staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their genuine care and attention to every detail made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Silk Sense Hoi An and would love to return!

😀 - Good location, friendly and efficient staff, beautiful resort

Excellent service My stay at Silk Sense hotel was amazing and probably the best experiences I had in all these years. Their service attitude goes over and beyond expectations. As an example, we missed our passports in the flight and realised just before getting into the courtesy car. Driver patiently waited for 2 hours while we sorted our passport issue. After we reached the hotel, the receptionist empathised with our situation and asked if we are alright after the stressful situation and did not utter a single word about extra payment, which I think they were well within their rights to do that. Hotel staff always had a big smile and welcomed every guest with affection. 100 out of 100 for service, beautiful, clean resort with a lot of fun activities for families.

Enjoyed our stay all staff were friendly Hoai Nga ,Thanh Nga and Thi Luu were great in advice about tours and places to 😀 - Everything staff were friendly and respectful Spoke English 😞 - All good can’t say I didn’t like anything
