Very Nice hotel with fantastic staff. Good breakfast Nice pool and schuttle service to old town and beachclub. I can really recomend this hotel.

ホイアンといえばビーチ！と勝手に思ってたけど、リバーサイドの方がのんびり落ち着いていて個人的にはこちらの方が好き！ホテル全体がコンパクトなので、そのぶんプライベート感があって、リゾートにきてのんびりしてる雰囲気が抜群で満足度が高い！朝食は種類がたくさんあって、大好きなブルーチーズがありました！胡桃とレーズンもあって最高！庭の植物の配置もよく計算されていて南国リゾート感満載。色々な花が咲いていてとても美しいです。スタッフの方はみんなとてもフレンドリーで親切！プールサイドバーもあります。レンタル自転車あります。有料のアクティビティ（農業体験、料理教室、ランタン作りなど）もあります。ホテルのプライベビーチまでの送迎バス、ホイアン旧市街までのシャトルバス、帰りの空港までの送迎もあります。素晴らしいホテルです。このホテルが大好きです。

결혼기념일에 선택한 5성급 리조트인데, 다양한 무료 프로모션 혜택으로 즐거움 가득한 추억을 만들 수 있습니다. 한국인 관광객에 대한 배려를 곳곳에서 엿볼 수가 있어요. 객실 컨디션은 매우 뛰어나고, 어메니티 포장들이 너무 예뻐요 ㅎㅎ기념일 케이크도 챙겨주시고, 손으로 직접 작성한 인삿말 카드는 무한 감동이었어요. 발코니엔 그림 그리는 캔버스가 낭만있게 놓여져 있는데, 잠시 빈센트 반 고흐가 될 수 있었습니다.리셉션 매니저의 꼼꼼하고 세심한 배려는 투숙내내 편안한 기분을 준답니다. 참, 조식 엄청 맛있어요. 한국인 입맛에 딱이고 보기 힘든 망고도 있어요 ㅋ호이안쪽에 머무르실 분들에겐 강력 추천합니다!올드타운도 그랩으로 금방이에요~^^

동행인이 핸드폰을 잃어버려서 리조트측에 도움을 요청했고 야간에 근무하시는 두 분의 여자 직원들이 친절하게 저희를 도와주었습니다! 제가 여러번 도움을 요청했는데 마다하지않는 친절함에 감동하였습니다. 친절함 뿐만 아니라 이 곳의 조경과 분위기가 매우 훌륭하므로 꼭 추천하고싶습니다👍👍

정말 깔끔한 자연친화적인 호텔입니다.가족들과 힐링을 하고싶다면 완전 추천해요.직원들도 너무 친절하고 아이들 참여 프로그램도 잘 되어있어요. 년식이 있어서 룸은 좀 낡은 감이 있지만 이것 또한 만족스러울정도의 분위기였네요.가성비좋고 조용해서 아이들과 힐링여행하기 너무 좋은곳!!

Value resort We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it so much. Our family were very sad when we had to leave. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to hoi an. Unexpectedly the room is cleaned twice a day. Breakfirst had a big variety and is so good!

Great stay at Silk Sense resort 😀 - Loved everything about the property. Extremely well maintained, clean, not very massive, good pool and activities, family friendly and location over looking the river. It is also close to the beach so quite convenient to cycle and go to the beach. Staff is lovely and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Breakfast spread is top notch, you are spoilt for choices and everything tastes fresh. Coffee is very good too. 😞 - Like everything about the property. In case your are travelling with kids opt for family room.

Amazing resort in Hoi An 😀 - Everything was taken care of I nice you entered the resort. Food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh and staff throughout the resort were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. 😞 - Nothing- everything was great

Got my room cleaned twice in a day. Might be a fluke or is their SOP. No idea. Breakfirst is awesome, lots of variety, tasty pho soup and banh mi you can bbq on your own with the mini charcoal pit. Local + International breakfirst + cured iberian pork

Great resort to relax in and close enough to explore Hoi an Old town 😀 - Loved the tranquility, the garden, the pool, daily breakfast offerings. The turn down service each night with fresh water was also much appreciated. Complimentary bike use was utilised twice to ride around the rice fields. Staff helpful and always wearing a smile. Complimentary shuttle services 😞 - Maybe a few more coat hangers would be helpful.
