Quang Nam: The First Hotel To Announce No More Plastic Waste

(SGTT) – Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort in Hoi An city, Quang Nam province announced on September 9 that the hotel no longer releases plastic waste into the environment and no longer uses single-use plastic items. According to reports from the Saigon Economic newspaper group.

The plastic waste-free hotel criteria at Silk Sense Resort are referenced based on the green tourism criteria set of Quang Nam province, Travelife’s set of criteria, as well as the advice of SSTP (Swiss Sustainable Tourism Program). and guidelines of the Vietnam Tourism Association. Besides, Silk Sense Resort’s criteria are based on the actual needs of the hotel.
