Silk Sense Becomes The First Zero Plastic Waste Resort In Quang Nam

(QNO) – This morning, September 9, Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort (Hoi An City) was officially announced as a hotel with no more plastic waste released into the environment and no more single-use plastic items. This is the first Zero plastic waste Resort in Quang Nam.
Mr. Tran Thai Do – investor of Silk Sense resort shared, with the orientation of sustainable development, Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort has pursued the journey of environmental protection from day one in a synchronous and determined manner demonstrated by using environmentally friendly materials such as using AAC autoclaved unburnt bricks to construct the entire project.
In addition, use an inverter central air conditioning system and make hot water. From the mineral salt swimming pool, Kangen water bottles, organic vegetable gardens to support visitors’ health, even from the smallest personal items in each room, only environmentally friendly equipment is used… ensuring Ensures no impact on the environment and, more broadly, the ozone layer.
“Currently, we have thoroughly reduced plastic waste, so the resort has no more plastic waste released into the environment and no more single-use plastic items. This action not only protects the environment but also opens up great opportunities for sustainable tourism development.

According to Mr. Do, sustainable development is not only about ecological activities, greenery, and simple waste reduction, but is about achieving balance from the perspective of meeting current needs without affects the needs of future generations.
In addition, the business also always accompanies the local community through supporting the government, people and businesses from the Silk Sense Sustainable Development Fund.
The title “Zero plastic waste” is one of Silk Sense’s efforts to ensure sustainable development, gradually perfecting and marking the development journey towards creating a balance between economic development, environmental protection and cultural values.
