Harvested vegetables are used directly in the resort’s culinary offerings, while by-products are processed through composting and waste-to-garden (W2G) technology – helping to close the green sustainability loop.
Guests can join a variety of hands-on experiences such as cooking with garden-fresh ingredients, becoming a farmer for a day, learning about organic composting processes, and participating in traditional cultural activities connected to local life – all thoughtfully curated to be gentle, immersive, and meaningful.
