Kid Cooking Class: Little chefs making pizza & Vietnamese spring rolls

The cooking class at Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort is held at Areca Restaurant or in the resort’s lush outdoor areas, where natural light, fresh air, and garden views create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The class setting is warm and friendly, helping children feel as comfortable as if they were cooking at home with their family.

Before the class begins, children are dressed in adorable aprons and guided through handwashing and getting familiar with the ingredients.

During the pizza-making activity, children learn how to knead the dough, shape the base, choose toppings, and decorate their pizza according to their own preferences. The class is always filled with laughter and excitement as little chefs eagerly select toppings for their very own pizzas, wait for them to bake, and then enjoy a warm pizza made by their own hands.

Next, children are introduced to Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, where they learn how to select vegetables, roll rice paper, arrange ingredients, and combine fresh flavors.
