HorecFex Vietnam – The Digital Transformation Forum for the Hospitality, Restaurant, and F&B Industry

HorecFex Vietnam is a leading in-depth forum for businesses in the HORECA industry (Hotel – Restaurant – Catering/café), serving as a platform to update the latest trends in management, digital transformation, and technology application. The event is organized by HorecFex Vietnam in collaboration with the Vietnam Hotel Association and the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang. The year 2025 marks the second consecutive time Da Nang has hosted the forum, following the impressive success of 2024, which attracted over 2,500 participants and featured major technology corporations such as Microsoft and Oracle.

The 2025 edition of HorecFex has expanded in scale, with more than 80 technology booths and the participation of over 500 hotels and restaurants from both Vietnam and overseas. At the event, participants not only have the chance to hear from over 55 international speakers, but also to directly experience the latest innovations in the industry: from reception robots, service robots, and Unitree’s dog-shaped robots to Meta’s VR headsets. These applications vividly reflect the technological trends that are transforming management and service operations across the hospitality and culinary industries.

This year, HorecFex welcomed more than 3,500 attendees, creating a dynamic networking space for experts, businesses, and investors. The event serves as clear evidence of the growing importance of digital transformation and the urgent need to adopt technology to enhance service quality, customer experience, and the overall competitiveness of Vietnam’s tourism industry.
