We stayed here for 7 days in Hoi An after reading good reviews on this resort. This resort sets benchmark for Hoianese hospitality . The staff are all warm and personable. We would like to specially mention Hung and Trang who made our trip even more memorable.Trang is a sweet young lady who is stationed at the coffee station at the breakfast buffet. She remembers how we like our coffee and would always send us our coffee (2 cups , stronger with more milk and no added sugar) on point.Hung speaks very good English and is always eager to help . We chanced upon him on the shuttle bus to the Old town on his off day. He was chatted with us and gave some itinerary ideas for the Old town. We exchanged our names and he would always greet us by our first names!! He would be there to send us off in the morning and welcome us .Oh also best Cao Lau!The software of the resort is hard to beat , even for 5 -star hotels.

חזרנו לריזורט הזה בפעמים השנייהכי פשוט היה לנו מושלם כאן.ריזורט מהמם! שקט ונעים.הצוות קיבלו אותנו בזרועות פתוחות בחיוך ואדיבות.עשו לנו חווית אירוח הכי טובה שיש.ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת, יש אופציות לצימחונים ואפילו דאגו לי במיוחד כל בוקר לספרינג רול צמחוני שהיה טעים ברמות.בעלי ואני ממליצים בחום על המקום הנפלא הזהתודה לצוות שעשו לנו חופשה כיפית ומלאה בנחת ❤️

Helpful, friendly staff, with a smaller homey feel, an eco-conscious establishment; we celebrated our honeymoon here - would highly recommend.

Everything went really well during my stay, facility met my needs perfectly! Excellent breakfast had some different content every day,pool had clear water, had nice room with great view.Most of all want to give my biggest thanks and highest ratings to the most wonderful staff!! All of them were really nice, professional and made me feel very special. Thuy is amazing having a big caring heart focusing on doing everything she can to make the customer feel welcome, appreciated and special. Hien is cheerful caretakerwelcoming customers to spa and taking care of them. Dat is professional and friendly guy who helped me to understand lot about Vietnam, culture, life of an average vietnamese person. High recommendation to this hotel!!

너무좋아요~ 부족함 하나없이 정말좋았어요 수영장물도 깨끗하고 리조트 구석구석 다 깨끗하고 직원들도 너무 친절하구요 특히 Vu직원분께서 아이도 잘챙겨주시고 사진도 찍어주시고 너무 잘해주셨어요 다시 오고싶은곳이예요^^

규모는 크지 않습니다 그래서 오히려 좋았어요 정말 모든 직원들이 친절해요!! 항상 웃으며 인사해줘서 좋았습니다. 특히 VU, NGAN 너무 친절해서 고마웠어요. 덕분에 호이안에 대해 좋은 기억이 남을것같아요. 내년에 또 오고 싶어요!
