😀 - Lovely property. Staff were amazing, breakfast is good, pool is beautiful and happy hour cocktails are made with care and attention. Shuttle bus to Hoi A town and the beach are useful, though you can also swim from the beach a 3 min walk away. Too hot for our free pickleball lessons, but lots of people did seem to play!

The resort is very clean and beautiful, its facilities are convenient and taken care of. The buffet breakfast has a wide range of international and vietnamese food with fresh espresso coffee delivered to your table. It is very hard to find alternative milk for coffee in vietnam and this resort offered them. There was a live egg and pho station. One of the best pho i’ve had in my life.The resort is excellent in practicing sustainability. Examples include water in glass bottles being delivered to rooms twice a day to reduce plastic consumption. They have bicycles free to use for travelling.On arrival staff were quick with check in and very welcoming with warm smiles. All the staff connect with guests, remembering our names and room number, always happy to have a friendly chat.Special mention to security for carrying our heavy bags up the stairs to our room, Linh in reception for being very kind with a warm smile, Hung for teaching me how to ride a bike at the age of 22, Vu for being very helpful with anything we need. All staff anticipated anything we needed which made our stay extra special and personalised.

Had the best time at this lovely resort. The customer service is truly amazing with every employee making an effort to make our stay enjoyable. Linh, Vu and Hung especially made our stay memorable and helped make us feel at home. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Hoi Ann.

Khách sạn rất đẹp, thơm tho rộng rãi, nhân viên thân thiện, các bạn giao lưu với khách nước ngoài nhiệt tình và thông thạo tiếng Anh. Có hồ bơi mát mẻ phía trong, quầy buffet không quá nhiều món nhưng ổn và đầy đủ các loại. Điểm tuyệt nhất là ở đây rất nhiều xe đạp, đủ cho du khách mượn đạp ngày lẫn đêm. Điểm trừ lớn chắc là chỉ có một thang máy và lối vào khách sạn kế bờ sông, đường vào hơi nhỏ sẽ hơi khó cho những xe khách lớn (trên 9 hay 16 chỗ).

이제껏 머물렀던 리조트중 top3안에 듭니다. 리조트가아담한 감은 있지만 아늑하고 따뜻한 느낌이 정말좋습니다. 가장 큰 장점은 직원들이 정말 친절 하다는 점인데 특히 HUNG 이란 직원은 투숙객의 이름을 외워서 이름을 불러 주면서 커뮤니케이션 하는 점이 인상적이었습니다.다시 호이안을 방문 한다면 여기에 머물 겁니다.

Had a lovely stay in Hoi An, Silk Sense is an amazing place with great staff that made our stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Vu who always greeted everyone with a smile and helped in any way he could. The hotel has great facilities and is a short walk to the beach.

Amazing Hotel One of the most luxurious hotels in Vietnam — a truly beautiful place! The rooms are spotless with stunning views, and there are plenty of activities for kids. They offer free daily transportation to the beach and market, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety of food and drinks. On the day of checkout, I went to the restaurant to ask for a lemon drink, and the lovely staff surprised me with a slice of birthday cake — such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! I’d love to mention their names, as it meant a lot to me: Manager Thuy, and waitresses Quy, Thu, and Linh. Thank you all!

I came here this week and had a lovely stay at the Garden view room and really enjoyed the hot chocolates as the woman was very nice and gave me a lovely hot chocolate each day I also really enjoyed the pool site as it was very relaxing and had a nice atmosphere and very good drinks with a very nice barman who was very welcoming and very kind. I also met this Very nice concierge called Hung Who made our trip very good as he was very helpful and told as very good restaurants to go to which were cheap and had lots of locals and good atmosphere. It also showed us when the bus came and helped us find the market and find a good price for the T-shirts on the market so we could get a good price and not pay too much.

있는 동안 너무 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 직원들이 너무 친절하고 셔틀도 있어서 편했어요~ 특히 vu 직원 너무 친절하고 가족이름까지 모두 불러주시고 너무 감동이었습니다. 재방문하고 싶습니다^^

후기보고 예약했는데 정말 좋은 리조트예요객실도 깨끗하고 식사도 맛있어요청소도 자주 해주시고직원들이 정말 친절합니다특히 vu라는 남자직원이 항상 smile로 반갑게 인사합니다숙소근처에 간단하게 커피 반미 사먹을 수 있고올드타운까지 셔틀도 있어 편해요

좋아서 또 오고 싶네요. 올드타운에서 조금 거리는 있지만 셔틀이 커버 해주고 직원들도 다정하고 베트남 느낌 물씬 나요. 나오고 들어갈때 챙겨준 Vu, 베트남어 가르쳐준 Linh, 수건접기 선생님, 인생샷 찍어주신 잘생긴분 이름 기억이 안나요ㅠㅠ 깜언~~
