Great time relaxing 😀 - Pool was great, had a good gym and the restaurant was also good. Great options of street food close by also. Access to a shuttle into Hoi An and to the beach was also a great thing to have. 😞 - Only 2 things, the pool water was quite warm especially in the afternoon. The neighbours had loud karaoke at times which disturbed the serenity of the resort. The security team tried to get them to quiet down but were unsuccessful.

😀 - Cadre très agréable. Calme et chambre spacieuse. Du vrai confort pour une famille. Les petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Le personnel est attentif et attentionné Piscine au top 😞 - Bon nombre d'employé ne parlent pas les bases de l'anglais donc difficile de communiquer. 2 points négatifs : - le massage : ma femme a payé un soin d'1h00. La masseuse était la plupart du temps sur son téléphone (massait à une main) et n'était pas concentrée sur ce qu'elle faisait... ce qui est très désagréable. - j'ai fait une initiation au pickleball avec un coach 1h00. Je ne connaissais pas ce sport. Ne m'a rien expliqué des règles, j'ai dû faire par déduction et demander sur les terrains d'à côté (aux autres clients) Aucune communication.... probablement qu'il ne parle pas bien anglais Bref très décevant

😀 - Fantastic service from the staff. Down to remembering our names, remembering our coffee order every morning, so friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool. Great onside facilities - spa, restaurant, bar. Great location away from the busy Hoi An centre with easy access by shuttle or grab. 😞 - The two bedroom villa was strangely laid out. There were two separate staircases for each bedroom so I felt a bit far away from my young children at night. I don't know if this was super clear on the photos. Would be fine for older children. Not a massive problem.

Vi har hatt et nydelig opphold her – hotellet er utrolig fredfylt og perfekt for avslapning. Det var et stort pluss med den praktiske transporten til både Hoi An sentrum og stranden, noe som gjorde det enkelt å utforske området uten stress. I tillegg til ekstremt hyggelig og vennlig personal samt godt renhold både i fellesareal og på rommet.En ekstra stor takk går til Trong og Hung, som var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet. De gjorde virkelig en forskjell med sin vennlighet og profesjonalitet.Anbefales på det varmeste – vi håper å komme tilbake!

Everything was perfect: the comfortable rooms, the relaxing spa, the plentiful breakfast, and a wonderful pool. We had a small issue with AC in our room which was resolved quickly (a matter of minutes), efficiently and with follow up. Many options for activities: cycling, boat trip, farm visit…

Nothing but absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, nothing goes unnoticed. The staff are very attentive, rooms are immaculate, turn down every night, food was delicious. The infinity pool is devine, free activities, free shuttle bus into ancient town, great for children or just an adult get away like us.I could not recommend this place higher if you choose to stay in Hoi An.

Рекомендуем. 😀 - Шикарный отель! Отличный интернет. Прекрасные завтраки. Отель за небольшую доплату предложил улучшить категорию номера, мы не пожалели. Так же были предложены в качестве комплимента один ужин в ресторане, услуги прачечной для 4х вещей, массаж ног и трансфер в аэропорт. Было приятно. Ужины в ресторане отеля дороговаты, но рядом много классных семейных ресторанчиков и спа. Бесплатные шаттлы в старый город и туристическую зону. 😞 - Не первая линия, но море хорошее и хороший собственный бассейн.

Great getaway! A luxury getaway nestled close enough to the old town but away from the crowds and energy of this charming old trading town. Wonderfully tranquil, would definitely come back

10 stars! Service is excellent, all staff are welcoming and add to the 5 star experience. Would like to thank the whole staff for a wonderful time. Also would like to thank Hung and Vu up front. They both are on point, from the start to the end of our trip. They created everlasting memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you all, we can't wait to be back!
