We recently had the pleasure of staying at Silk Sense Hoi An, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how beautiful the resort was. The property is nestled in lush, calming gardens that instantly made me feel at ease. It was a tranquil oasis, thoughtfully designed for peace and relaxation.Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Hoi An.What truly made the stay stand out, however, was the incredible team. From the General Manager to the reception team, every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best experience possible. The drivers and porters (especially the energetic Vu) were also top-notch, always eager to assist with a smile.Overall, Silk Sense Hoi An is a hidden gem, offering a level of hospitality and beauty that is truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return!

Superb experience! Our family stayed in the resort for 2nights, luxury and clean room, great breakfast, service is excellent, especially VU, he is super helpful and always try his best to assists us during our stay! Thank you and we will come back again!!

호이안 첫 번째 숙소였던 실크 센스! 조용하고 초록이 가득한 풍경에 편안했던 공간이었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 그랩으로 올드타운 문제없는 거리였어요. 그랩 배달 잘되고, 체험하는 프로그램이 많으니 아이동반하시는 가족 추천합니다 🙂

Good hotel room. The pool atmosphere was very good and the service was good. The water was free and the welcome drinks and snacks were all good.

실크센스 리조트는 해외여행을 다니면서 가본 모든 숙소중에 가장 좋은 숙소였습니다! 여기는 꼭 리뷰를 써야겠다 생각이 들어 쓰고있어요 리조트 자체가 너무너무 예뻐서 수영하면서 호캉스 하기에도 딱이였어요 수영장도 너무 좋습니다! 중심지와는 떨어져있지만 저희는 그랩을 타고 다닐 생각이였어서 문제 없었어요 리조트에서 제공되는 셔틀버스도 있어서 한 번 이용했습니다 그리고 실크센스 리조트에 제일 큰 장점이 직원의 친절함이에요 만나는 직원들 마다 친절하게 인사를 해주세요 특히 vu이 저희의 여행이 더욱 행복하게 해줬어요 꾸며낸 친절함이 아닌 사람 자체가 너무 친절해요 vu 덕분에 베트남 여행이 더 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다 친절히 저희의 짐을 다 옮겨주시고 자건거 대여도 가능하여 자전거를 타다가 만났는데 사진도 찍어주셨어요 그리고 외출하고 돌아오면 이런것도 정리해주신다고!? 싶을 만큼 청소가 꼼꼼히 되어있었습니다 그런 부분에서도 감동을 받았어요 밤에는 굿나잇 카드와 초콜릿 같은게 늘 놓아져 있었어요 이런 섬세함이 너무 좋았습니다 생일기념 여행이라고 예약할때 써두었는데 케이크도 준비해주시고 예쁘게 꾸며주셨어요 베트남에 오게 된다면 정말 꼭 다시 오고싶은 숙소입니다 100번 추천드려요! 아 조식 커피도 정말 맛있어요 이 리뷰가 vu에게 전해지면 좋겠습니다 정말 감사했습니다.

Thank you The experience at this hotel was really great. The green space and beautiful scenery gave the feeling of being in nature and was the perfect place to relax. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Mr. Ngân, especially the front desk staff, was really loving and friendly. She always felt good to help and was able to be very comfortable while I stayed. This hotel is the perfect combination of beautiful space and excellent service. I would definitely like to visit again, and I recommend it to everyone.

매우 만족.. 계속 있고 싶었음 아쉬움ㅠ 아침체험프로그램도 매우 좋았어요

리조트 분위기가 차분하고 조용해서 휴식하게에 정말 최고입니다.직원분들도 모두 가족처럼 친절하게 미소로 대해줘서 머무는 동안 내내 행복하게 해줬습니다. 특히 VU라는 친구가 처음부터 끝까지 세심하게 챙겨줘서 정말 편리했습니다.다음에도 호이안에 오게되면 이곳에 묵고 싶습니다.

초록의 자연이 예쁘게 어우려진 리조트에서 평안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 모든 직원들이 항상 웃으며 친절하게 도움을 주어서 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 VU와 NGAN는 첫날부터 마지막날까지 세심하게 챙겨주고 편안한 미소로 친절하게 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 감사합니다.

Schöne große Zimmer, super nettes Personal.Echt schönes Areal, sehr grün, toller Pool, nicht weit weg vom Strand, nah am Fluss.

다른 리조트보다 좀 더 휴양지스러운 분위기인 곳!서비스가 타 리조트보다 더 좋은 것 같아요
