Silk Sense is among the pioneers in Vietnam pursuing the plastic-free hotel model, with operations built upon sustainability and eco-conscious living.

• The resort has switched to using personal items made from bamboo, wood, and biodegradable materials, fully replacing single-use plastics.
• Kangen alkaline ionized water, beneficial for health, is provided in glass bottles in all guest rooms. Guests are given reusable bottles and guided on how to refill them.
• Remarkably, Silk Sense is one of the first resorts in Vietnam to apply Waste2Green technology, which transforms organic waste into fertilizer within 24 hours. Nearly 24 tons of waste were recycled last year, reducing environmental burden while returning nutrients to the soil for organic farming.

The Green Cups Project is also a meaningful part of this journey. Single-use paper cups are repurposed as seedling pots and later gifted to the local community, a small action carrying a big message: green living starts with the simplest things.

We actively join national environmental campaigns such as Earth Hour, Energy Saving Week, and New Year Tree Planting Festival.
