Shuttle Bus from Da Nang Airport to the resort

Silk Sense provides a Shuttle Bus service to transfer guests from Da Nang International Airport to the resort. Upon request, you simply need to contact us in advance via message or email, and a clean, spacious Shuttle Bus will be ready to pick you up on time. The journey back to the resort will be light and refreshing, with pure Kangen water served onboard so that guests can feel relaxed and at ease, as if engaging in a friendly conversation right from the very first moments.

As soon as the car door opens, the first image you’ll see at Silk Sense is the radiant smiles of our Bell Service team. With quick, attentive steps, they promptly approach to assist with your luggage and gently guide you along the lush green paths toward the lobby. Along the way, a few friendly words, warm voices, and sincere glances make guests feel as though they are returning to a familiar place, not just arriving at a new resort.

Right after completing the check-in process, guests are invited to enjoy a refreshing glass of fresh juice accompanied by a cool towel. The drink, made from fresh fruit with a light and natural sweetness, helps quench thirst and quickly restore energy after the journey. A well-prepared and comfortable room

Before you step into your accommodation, the Rooms Division team has been working quietly behind the scenes to ensure every detail is ready. Each process runs like a well-coordinated system:

• Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning the entire room vacuuming, mopping floors, disinfecting surfaces, refreshing the bathroom, and arranging the bed with perfectly pressed linens. Items such as glasses, kettles, and TV remotes are all checked to ensure proper function
• Laundry & Linen handles washing, quality checking, and replacing all towels, sheets, and pillowcases. Every piece of fabric must be spotless, white, and free of stains or frays before being returned to the room
• Florist & Decor takes care of placing fresh flowers, greenery, or folded towel art. These small details add a touch of surprise and charm, creating a memorable impression in the guest’s mind.

In addition, the Engineering team inspects the electrical system, water supply, air conditioning, and lighting to ensure everything runs smoothly. All of this happens quietly in the background but the final result is a neat, comfortable, and fully equipped room, ready for you to open the door and relax without a single concern.

Complete relaxation with the herbal fragrance from Caman Village

When you step into your room at Silk Sense, the gentle scent of herbal sachets will be the first thing to greet you. Each sachet is handcrafted by our team with care, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and the preservation of its natural aroma.

The ingredients such as lemongrass, mint, cinnamon, and star anise are all grown, nurtured, and harvested in Caman Village, Silk Sense’s own private garden. This garden is managed according to internal standards to ensure that every herb grows in its natural cycle and retains its essential oils. The soil is periodically enriched, no chemical pesticides are used, and the water source is filtered and distributed carefully to maintain stable plant growth throughout the year.

The harvesting and drying process is also done entirely by hand. Herbs are cut early in the morning when the essential oil concentration is at its peak, then sun-dried or dried at low temperatures to preserve their scent. The finished sachets are packaged the same day to maintain freshness.
