On July 20, 2023, Silk Sense Resort held a ceremony to award certificates of completion for internships and sign cooperation agreements with universities and colleges. This program is part of Silk Sense Resort’s proactive strategy to address the human resource challenge by establishing reliable cooperative relationships with universities and colleges. This not only ensures the quality of service at Silk Sense but also contributes to improving the quality of human resources in the tourism industry.
By combining knowledge of the tourism industry and practical experience, the on-the-job training program provides students with comprehensive industry training, developing the professional skills and communication necessary to become future tourism professionals. Students will have the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience at 5-star hotels and numerous job opportunities after graduation.
Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort and Quang Nam University, Hue Tourism College, Da Nang Tourism College, and Quang Nam College have signed a cooperation agreement to create sustainable human resource development activities in the tourism industry. This collaboration opens up long-term opportunities for students to access practical environments, enhance their skills, and have the chance to collaborate on research, training, and human resource development projects in the tourism sector.
The Internship Completion Certificate Award Ceremony and Cooperation Agreement Signing Program has attracted the attention of many partners, lecturers, and students. The event will take place at 4:00 PM on July 20, 2023, at Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort. We hope that this program will create significant progress in developing human resources for the tourism industry.
