Chương Trình Lễ Trao Chứng Nhận Hoàn Thành Thực Tập Và Ký Kết Hợp Tác Giữa Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort Và Các Trường Đại Học, Cao Đẳng.

Ngày 20/7/2023, Silk Sense Resort tổ chức Lễ trao chứng nhận hoàn thành thực tập và ký kết hợp tác với các trường Đại học, Cao đẳng. Chương trình này là một phần trong chiến lược chủ động của Silk Sense Resort để giải quyết bài toán về nguồn nhân lực, thông qua việc thiết lập mối quan hệ hợp tác đáng tin cậy với các trường Đại học và Cao đẳng. Điều này không chỉ đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ tại Silk Sense mà còn đóng góp nâng cao chất lượng nhân lực ngành du lịch.
Bằng việc kết hợp sự hiểu biết về lĩnh vực du lịch và kinh nghiệm thực tế, chương trình đào tạo thực hành tại doanh nghiệp giúp sinh viên được đào tạo bài bản về ngành nghề, phát triển các kỹ năng chuyên môn, và giao tiếp cần thiết để trở thành những nhân viên trong ngành du lịch trong tương lai. Sinh viên sẽ có cơ hội học tập và thực hành thực tế với khách sạn 5 sao và nhiều cơ hội làm việc sau khi tốt nghiệp.
Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort và các trường Đại học Quảng Nam, Cao đẳng du lịch Huế, Cao đẳng du lịch Đà Nẵng và Cao đẳng Quảng Nam hợp tác ký kết nhằm tạo ra các hoạt động phát triển bền vững về nguồn nhân lực du lịch. Hợp tác này mở ra cơ hội lâu dài cho sinh viên tiếp cận với môi trường thực tế, nâng cao kỹ năng và có cơ hội hợp tác trong các dự án nghiên cứu, đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực trong ngành du lịch.
Chương trình Lễ Trao Chứng nhận Hoàn thành Thực tập và Ký kết Hợp tác thu hút sự quan tâm của nhiều đối tác, giảng viên và sinh viên. Sự kiện sẽ diễn ra vào lúc 16:00 ngày 20 tháng 7 năm 2023, tại Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort. Chúng tôi mong muốn rằng chương trình này sẽ tạo ra những bước tiến quan trọng trong việc phát triển nguồn nhân lực cho ngành du lịch.
